Details

A 10-year milestone and a shift to female leadership called for a rebrand that recognised change without losing foundation.

Curijo is a 100% Aboriginal-owned consulting firm working across sectors to support cultural learning, leadership, and systemic change. At the centre of their work is a collective approach that brings together the right people based on skill sets, not structure, with a strong focus on two-way learning. At 10 years in business and now 100% female-owned and led, the brand needed to reflect where Curijo had been, but, more importantly, where it was headed. A big part of this was creating something that was professional, modern, and allowed them to move seamlessly between mainstream and Indigenous contexts without relying on overused or expected visual cues. The identity is anchored by a circular emblem inspired by pebbles in waterways. Each element represents an individual contribution, coming together to form a meeting place, a space for collaboration, shared knowledge, and collective progress.
